BATTERY REPLACEMENT

Battery replacement is offered at no charge for watches purchased at NYC Watch Exchange within 1 year of purchase, unless a longer warranty has been purchased. A water resistance test is conducted to detect leaks that can be repaired during the battery replacement. If a gasket is needed we will replace Free of charge if you have the replacement and service plan.

 

SIZING & ADJUSTMENTS

Our staff will adjust the size of a watch, regardless of where it was purchased. This is complimentary for any watch bought at NYC Watch Exchange.

 

ULTRASONIC CLEANING

Our state-of-the-art equipment thoroughly cleans your watch bracelet.

 

 

STRAPS & BRACELETS

NYC Watch Exchange offers a diverse selection of replacement straps and bracelets. Any items not in-store can be special-ordered through our service team. Some charges might apply.

 

WATER RESISTANCE MAINTENANCE

Replacement and lubrication of gaskets and seals ensure continued water resistance.

 

 

5 POINT CHECK-UP SERVICE INCLUDES

• checking for water resistance

• Testing for magnetization, caused by electronics that may affect the timing of a watch

• Checking pins on straps and replacing*

• If necessary Inspecting bracelets and tightening or replacing screws

• If necessary A soft cloth wipe-down of the entire watch
